Instructions for Using the Tool
User Registration & Login: New users must register before accessing the tool. Only authorized users can submit and manage reports.
Adding & Managing Clients: Navigate to the “Add Client” section to register a new client. Each client must be assigned a Business Development (BD) contact.
Uploading Reports: Accepted file formats: PDF, DOCX, XLS. Each report should include a coverage link for reference. The system automatically fills in the Client (To) and BD (CC) in the email.
Email & Notification System: Reports are sent immediately upon submission. Ensure recipient email addresses are correct before submitting.
User Roles & Access: The Ops Team can upload reports. The BD Team can view and track reports.
